Default Keyboard Going Crazy

Hello,
my keyboard messed up today, most keys are not working like theyare supposedto. mybackspacebutton turned into my spacebar while myspacebar sometimes decides to stop working, and the direction arrows don't work properly, my up arrow goes up and left at the same time and most of the other directions to other stupid things most letter keys seem to be working finethough. so i was wondering if there are any solutions ? it might have been in contact with a little water.
any suggestions that don't include buying a new laptop will be appreciated

edit:this is a laptop keyboard

Reconnect and see if this helps.

you said that it could have been contact with little water open the laptop up and see if any of the water is still there but water does not always effect your keboard since my keyboard has been soaked and it still works fine.

It is a laptop keyboard.Go to device manager and try update drivers or manufacuturers website and download the drivers use device manager to ensure they are installed.
