Amazon.co.uk: Belkin Adsl Modem With Built In: Electronics & Photo= there is this one for that price but its adsl 1 not adsl 2 like the one I shown you. I do not think BT are using ADSL 2 but you will need to be sure first. If not the cheap one will be fine

A quick Google shows BT may be rolling out some ADSL 2 some time this year so presently its not ADSL2 and if you upgrade when BT do they shoudl give you a router. So the cheap one should be fine

so what yr saying is the ones from amazon are ok to use i dont really intend to stay with bt for much longer got about 6 months left on contract then will be looking else where i think just dont want to buy anything and it dont work im not rich lol
