Hello and welcome to PC Help Forum.

So what OS are you using now?

You need to download drivers for the right operating system.

Go to Argos website and find your webcam and post me the link please.

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately Mikomi are a poor, budget brand and as such (to my knowledge) have not even bothered to update their XP drivers to Vista: Ming Jong -- Driver Download

There really isn't a work around. If your money will allow, I would suggest going for something like Logitech..at least you know they'll be up to date

I just bought Logitec webcam from Tesco.

Agreed Hengis the cam he/she owns is a cheap not updateable cam.

Hi maybe you need to lower the resolution,or pixels.

Try restting some setup configurations on the webcam.See what works best.
