Default USB Splitter?
Is there any device out there that can split a usb input? That is, some sort of port splitter that would let me hook up something like a usb harddrive to two different devices through usb? (One for reading, one for reading and writing) Or is that even possible from a usb standpoint?

Sure, they're called USB Hubs, you can pick one up for like 5$ nowadays

hmmm...some of those look good. what i'm really trying to do is hook up my room so that i can have my xbox360 connected to my external harddrive, and then my computer connected to it so that i can freely use my external HD from my computer, and then access my videos from the 360 as well. auto switching/detection is a must, since if i'm just gonna keep hitting switches i may as well just unplug the cable.

Anyone know of any places in Canada that sell these in store?
