Default TV tuner

I was thinking of getting a TV tuner for my laptop for under £100 so I looked around and found this: Buy Hauppauge WinTV Digital TV Tuner. at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for .
I thought that it would do suit my needs of portable television quite well, but the only thing is it doesn't appear to have built in freeview support so I looked around more and found this:
Buy Freecom Digital and Analogue TV Tuner. at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for .
I looked at it and my specs arent what they ask but usually when I get things and my specs are lower it still runs. So would the freeview one be ok fro my laptop?
Specs:
Dell Latitude CPx HT500
11GB HDD
128MB RAM (soon to be upped to above 512MB)
Windows XP Service Pack 2

So does anyone here have one or know where any ones are with lower specs or less of a pricetag can be found at?
Any help appreciated,
George

With the RAM upgrade you should have no problem with that tuner.

Really? I'm not too sure about my video card though... I can't run GTA 3 on the laptop and that needs a minimum of 12MB

hmmmm...did you run one of the tools here yet to see how much video memory you have?

...I just noticed that the tuner needs 64mb min.
