Peripherals - not recognizing my usb 2.0 ports posted in the Hardware forums; hey my pc isnt recognizing my usb 2.0 ports as 2.0 its saying that i dont have any connected and i have 8 2.0 ports.....whats the deal. it a fresh ...

Default not recognizing my usb 2.0 ports
hey my pc isnt recognizing my usb 2.0 ports as 2.0 its saying that i dont have any connected and i have 8 2.0 ports.....whats the deal. it a fresh install of xp with service pack 2 installed please help me....

Hi welcome to PCHF what type of mainboard is it you may need to download a driver for it.

Hi it seems to be the chipset in the PC not the mainboard model/make number. It should look somthing like mine "Board: Intel Corporation DG33TL AAD89517-700"
