Alright - I'm in need of a jack converter. Bare with me here, but this is what I need;

I need to be able to plug in a smaller jack into a converter, so it can be used to plug into my computer.

E.g. I have a headset I use for my phone, but I wanna be able to use it for my computer.

I'm probably gonna take a look at a store today, but I wanna be sure what I get. So I need some help identifying this product.
