I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FS8900p with a docking station that includes this Sony MPEG RR-Enging. When i plug a coax cable into the docking station I can view the cable that i get to my house through any TV tuner viewer software (the device didn't come with software so i downloaded a few and have been trying them). The video comes through fine but the sound doesn't seem to work. I tries to use the mic input and i don't have the option of switching to the coax input. Maybe this hardware in not capable of that. i really have no idea. I got the dock for other reasons and am trying to figure out how to use this feature. Any help or info on this RR-Engine thing would be appreciated.
