This is something that went away on my LAST install of Win XP Home, and now that i have recovered my MCE 2005 disc, i forgot about it. before my previous install, the rudder would work on FS2004, but only a tiny bit. it hardly registered any movement. i know its not the hardware, because it worked on FS2002 just fine. and now, the same thing is happening again. i ahve tried reinstalling the drivers for it, to no avail. the only way i had found to fix it is to reinstall windows, which i would REALLY REALLY like to avoid doing. i just did it yesterday, and i had to uninstall tons of ****. (Gateway Retail version of xp MCE) If you have any ideas let met know

oh, and i have also reinstallled FS but it made no difference. again, on 2002 it works fine

plz help this is driving me up the wall lol
