Default SCANNERS: What's happen with this scanner?
Hi

I have an old UMAX Astra 1200S (SCSI) scanner and recently it became to scan images with horizontal lines as shown in the attached image.
Strange this... The lines are coloured cyan, magenta and yellow.

Anyone, please, tell me what is this problem?

Welcome to PCHF!

This could be cause by a number of things. Try this first: HP Scanjet - Scans are Blank, Totally Black, Have a Distinct Colored Tint over the Entire Scanned Image, or Display One or More Vertical Stripes

If none of that solves your problem, it might be time for a new scanner.
