Hey everyone. I just bought a Microsoft keyboard with a fingerprint reader on it and I can't get any of the hot keys to work on it. I looked in the help files that came with the Intellitype Pro software and all it said was tat some type of hidden file setting may cause the hotkeys to not work??? I did a search on the windows help but I couldn't find anything helpful. I tried assigning the keys to different things also, but they still did nothing. Can anyone help me here?

What you can do is.. open my computer..click tools,,,click folder options..go to the view tab..and under hidden files and folders put a tick in "show hidden files and folders" click apply then try..

I tried it and it still didnt work
I went on microsofts site and downloaded a newer Intelletype Pro (version 6.2) and it still wont make the hotkeys work.
