Hi again my son has managed to put a floppy in and got it stuck how do i get it out without breaking the drive.

Very...very carefully and with a pair of tweezers. You will probably find that it's the metal slide at the top of the disk that is bent and slightly catching at the back inside the drive.

i will try that hengis and let you know how it went cos i have plenty of tweezers i might nip my boys nose while i'm at it
