Well...
Unfortunately i have seen this issue before when a BIOS reset wouldn't fix it..
Your CPU or motherboard is dead...i'm guessing the motherboard as it is getting to detect the CPU...this has happened to myself in the past as well, so there isn't much else you can try...

Except remove everything except cpu, video card...put 1 stick of memory in and try...then change the stick of memory....until it works or freezes again...

Good News!!!!

I was messing around with the jumperes you told me to move around and I got a combination that got the Bios to un-freeze. Unfortunately, the computer now freezes when it tries to load ANY OS. >.< Any help on this?

It goes black as if it were going to load the Windows XP Logo but never does...Also, if you had the same Instant Messengers as I do, this could go SO MUCH faster...

I'm at work...so this is as fast as it's going to be...

Does it give you any text on the screen? Or does it just stay black?
