how do i check sort out driver problem?

also is it wired or wireless? cause wireless sometimes have signal problems. Or check if its plugged in completely cause that might cause it too

have you tried another mouse? That would be my first port of call.

Ok, follow the image and remove the cover by twisting in an anti-clockwise direction.
Remove the ball and clean it thoroughly.
Inspect the rollers that the ball rotates against and clean those too.

Hey Upgrader if a new mouse is required get what I have.
A Tesco value mouse valued at £2.35 and it's in silver so it looks a bit sexy. lol
