Default [Fixed] USB slots problems

Well here i am again. seems like this is not a good week for my pc and I. anyways I cleaned my pc this week and formated him and all was appearing to be fine everything working and stuff but them I got to use my scanner..and it wasnt working..the printer too, tried to pass my photos from my digicam and nothing, tried to use my web cam and again nothing. The case is that all my 5 usb slots on my pc just stopped working. It still appears on the dxdiag tough. Can anyone help me with this issue? Will I need to change they all or anything like that? Dunno if it's important here but I use a Pentium 4 HT and Windows XP.
Thanks in advance

Well it's showing that Intel(R) 82801EB USV Universal Host Controller - 24D2,24D4,24D7,24DE. These for have a "!" sign and when double click show the message : "Windowns cannot load the dispositive driver for this hardware.Driver may be corrupt or missing."
The USB2 Enhanced Host Controller and USB Root appears to be normal normal

ok then set a restore point by going to accessories, system tools, system restore and clicking create restore point give it a name and save.

Then uninstall each one and restart and then it should detect them again and install them.
