Default USB device not recognized

My USB hubs wont recognize my device, I tried to uninstall the drivers and load ones from my mobo's, CD rom. This happend after I dissconected, by accident while replaceing old power supple module, My USB header pins from the front side, weird thing is before I reconnected the front side pins I tried to use just my backside USB and got the error there first so I replaced the USB header pins (you think they would have made that easy with somekind of simple plastic sleeve and screw but no was kinda like threading a needle)I tried to clear cmos/patch bios firmware I even tried to reinstall OS Bios is set to default Last but not least The power supply module im useing is(250w) temporary, my old power supply module was 400w-is that the reason?- I also read somewhere that turing off/on my USB jumper would make it work...what does the jumper look like and where is it located at on mobo? or do I need to do certain things in certain order?

Hi StealthTank, welcome to the PCHF!

I'd strongly suggest, if you've gone from a 400watt psu to a 250watt psu, to not bother using your computer until you get a new 400watt.

Using an underpowered power unit can destroy your motherboard.
