Default [Answered] Wireless Optical Mouse MI-4910D problem

Hi need some help. I have a Trust Wireless Optical Mouse MI-4910D I have had it for over a week now. It was working great until yesterday.

then it just stopped working have changed the batteries , but it still would not work. I took it to today and it work fine on all pc at work.
Have just connected it up again at home but it will not work. hope someone can help please.

Hello thescotsman, welcome to PCHF.

The process of connecting up mouse should be:
- connect the USB receiver, you should hear a sound to say that the device is connected?
- press the sync button on both the mouse and the receive (sequence of which should be in you manual).

Also, try connecting the mouse without any other USB devices connected, as there is a limited amount of power that can be supplied to these devices.
