how long will it take for them to get to me? i REALLY need my internet security back, I think ive got a virus and the only antivris package ive got is the windoes vista orginal one and im not trusting that useless piece of software!

sorry for the delay, ok, when I did the pre work stuff you told me to do first i got to step 3 and ran the malwarebytes application, i started the scan, then malwarebytes just closed by itself and now when i click on the application it come up with an error message saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permisions to access the item." I dont understand why though because i have the only admin account on the system.
