My PC was working fine till last night when it blue screened. Microsoft Windows error reporting said that the problem was caused by spooldr.sys
They suggested I go to Windows Live OneCare safety scanner online and click "Full service scan". When I tried that it said that my OS (Win XP Pro, SP3) wasn't supported even though it was listed as a supported OS.

I'm running a McAfee Internet security scan, but so far it hasn't turned up anything. What next?

As far as I can see on Google, spooldr is a form of malware.

Could you please click the prework link in my signature, follow all instructions then post back the relevant logs? Then we can have one of our talented security team look them over for you.

Please be sure to update malwarebytes and run a full scan.
