Is there a chance you can get it from a friend or co-worker? There are some system files that malware has infected and the only way we can disinfect those files is to replace them.
Have you done what I posted above yet?

chiaz my dad had to go to work i'm his boy joey. the combofix scan got to 50 files but then the computer shut down do you want me to try it again

When you said the computer shut down, was it when ComboFix asked you to reboot? Or did it just shut down all of a sudden?
Please try running ComboFix again in any case. |
