I too ended up with this virus/trojan. Its asking for money and directs me to Privacy Tools Pack so this outfit is clearly a scam.
I was able to remove this bug by booting into "Safe Mode", type msconfig in the Start Run box. In Startup, uncheck "pc" then go into ad/remove programs from control panel and uninstall PC.
Final note, this trojan is NOT coming from PRIVACY CENTER - INTERNET ANONYMITY AND SECURITY SOLUTIONS WITH PRIVACY CENTER. When I googled "Privacy Center" Privacy-Center.net is the first site that comes up. This is a reputable privacy company (been around for over 10 years) and even though its not them that created this garbage, they were quite helpful in getting it off my computer. Seems they are not happy their trademarked name is being used without their knowledge or permission.
