You used CCleaner but have you defragged your HD?
To do that Open "My Computer", right click on "Local Disk ...

To do that Open "My Computer", right click on "Local Disk (C:)" or whatever your drive letter is, hit "Properties" then click on the "Tools" tab, the option to defrag should be the 2nd button
