Default Very slow and difficult operations.

Hello guys, I just come from having to format my computer because I had a ton of trojans and stuff. Now, I reinstalled Windows and recently Office. Now, sometimes when I turn on the PC some stuff appears and the computer runs awfully slow. Here are the pictures of what appears at start (the picture named "windows" appears first and says -to help protect your equipment, Windows closed this program. Name: Windows Explorer- and picture named "explorer" appears after and says -explorer.exe has detected a problem and must shut down).

Theres a window that appears saying something about a Personalized Configuration but it is too fast and can read it. It appears after I close the Explorer message shown in the picture.

I did all you say on the PreWork forum but the AVG didn't give me a log. I checked a bunch of times, everything was ok, but it didn't create the log. It did detect 3 trojans though and apply the actions but I don't remember the names. I do include the SUPERAnti Spyware and the HijackThis logs.

I hope you can tell me if there's something wrong with my PC. Thanx a lot.

Hi... Welcome to PCHF.

Our Security Team is always very busy-- and as we live all over the Earth...
Time-Zones are also an important factor.

Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Thank You
