Question USB -> Drive bay -> Motherboard connector

Hi,
I'm seeking a USB expansion unit for a spare 5.25" drive bay I have, with 2, 4 or maybe 6 USB 2.0 ports. It needs to connect to my spare motherboard 3-pin male (edited) usb connector.

Has anyone seen such a unit on their travels please?
Thank you.

Crikey - do you ever take a break ?!!

It's a M.S.I. MS-7005

Currently, only the rear USB and one of the front USB connectors is in use.
They are 4 - well, 5 pin in fact, sorry, my error.

Thanks, I looked at that but I don't really need all of the extra bits n bobs.
An incorporated fan would be ideal. Still looking.
Thanks though

Hmmm..
Ok, so;
If I wanted to plug the USB cable which is currently plugged into No.4 USB in the above photo (top half), into No.2 USB (bottom half of photo), which way round would the plug need to go and what would I do with both of the fifth black plugs?

EDIT:
Answered my own question!
For my motherboard type:
