I use Play.com (UK): DVDs, Music CDs, MP3s, Video Games, Books, Electronics & Gadgets - Free Delivery for some bits and pieces, they only recently got into PC hardware so there choice is slightly limited but delivery on everything is free, there prices are reasonable and they are highly reliable

Good idea--
I'm not looking for just PC retailers-- but parts vendors like Cables
after-market upgrades like cooling options--
anything the user might want to find.
Finding dependable retailers online can be challenging-- though most vendors want to do a good job... some do it better.

P.S. this will also be helpful to US Staff-- who might be helping a user from Europe. I want to be confident in any vendor I recommend...

Yep, for cables I recommended cclonline I will post any others I find for specialist markets.

I just noticed a clash with US/UK spelling Favorite is spelt as Favourite in the UK.
