Bios Hang
I zapped my PC (Electric shock) and the whole thing shut down. I was able to boot up after about an hour. Now when I boot up, it hangs in the bios for a good 10- 15 minutes before booting. No errors displayed in boot up screen. Once up and running, there doesn't appear to be any problems. I have been wanting to install a new drive and windows just to upgrade, but can't boot up on anything else. I reset the bios per onboard jumpers and reset defualts in bios menue . No change. I figure it's my Motherboard or memory, or both. Where do I start before spending any money and wasting too much time?
