Default KOTOR II, Computer Crash! Help Please

So earlier today i was playing KOTOR II (Knights of the Old Republic II) into an hour of playing it i noticed my computer was making a odd noise and the game was loading slow, then 5 minutes passed and my computer crashed. When i logged back on to my account i got a spybot tea timer, blah blah, so i just said accept change. I then got the error report message by microsoft. It said my computer crashed etc. I figured the game causes this, so i uninstalled it....

Is there anything i can do to see if the crash effected my computer in anyway? I am noticing it is taking a while to log on to my account. I don't have many proccesses at start up and they are taking a bit longer to load up in the taskbar.

If you use restore points, rewind to yesterday..that's the first thing to do.

Then, go thru the event viewer and see if there are any events that coincide with the time of the crash.

If i restore my computer to yesterday, that is the day i installed the game. How would that work out, especially since i uninstalled it today? Thanks.

Then take it back to before you installed the game...

Did you do this?
Then, go thru the event viewer and see if there are any events that coincide with the time of the crash.
