No, what is the event viewer? How do i view that?

Start /Control Panel/Performance and Maintenance/Admin tools/Event viewer

Alright, i'm in it but not sure what to do. I am not familar at all with the event viewer.

highlight "application" in the left pane-- it will show you a list in the right.
Errors will show with Red X's
if you double click on those errors in the right it will show details.

There are often links within those details-- though they are not always helpful

Don't see anything major there... though those yellow warnings for "userenv"-- could you open one of those -- and see what it says?
