Smile RE: Home Built Computer

Ok looking into building my own pc tower.
Take in mind I do not have a bank account and do not buy online.
I know a good shop that will order in what I want.

I am looking at AMD mainboard and CPU.

Ok I am not a gamer so do not need fancy graphics however I am thinking of Vista Aero to be installed.
I am looking at NVIDIA 6 serise.
I want a board that will take RAM wise 2x2 gig sticks at least.
So any recommendations?

And I am not made of money. That dont mean I am going for low end rubbish.

So give me a few pointers on what to buy.

ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

Thankyou.

Smile RE:Home Built Computer.

Ok wanting to build my own computer.

In total I am willing to spend £500 but would like to build well under that price were possible.

I am not a gamer,so no need for super high priced preferals that will never get any decent usage.

I am looking at a sturdy case with a decent bit of room in there,do not want to cram everything in.I do not want a glow in the dark case.

The MB must take up to 8 gig DDR2.

SATA II HDDs x2

Decent speed on CPU.

Lightscribe.

I will be fitting a floppy drive.

It must be Vista and XP compatable.

I am looking at Vista Aero.Maybe?

AW_3_3 game me a starter

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA69G-S3H AM2 AMD 690G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103211

I love AMD.

AWW-- Newegg does not ship internationally.
If you are just using it for reference.... fine.
Jelly's in the UK Makes it a lot tougher, for her, unfortunately.
