Yes you probably can use that case will just wait for a tech members response. But i wouldn't use the PSU that comes with that case as it is generic and the performance isn't too good, also it is probably too low wattage anyway.

You're going to want to get a floppy drive. They're only around $10, shipping included, and there's a ton of utilities that we recommend here that use floppies. Not to mention, it's usually when you don't have something that you begin to need it.

I will seccond that-- floppies may be 'obsolete' -- but I've had times when they saved my behind-- when NOTHING else would work.
Can you put a floppy image on a CD?? Yes-- but you need an operating system/burning software.
A floppy's simplicity--- can be a life-saver
