"Graphics Card," "GPU," and "Video Card" all mean the same thing. What I pointed you to is one of the best you're going to get for your computer. If you're going to game or hardcore multitask, I wouldn't even bother upgrading the PC you have now. You're going to want a whole new PC. If you want, I could compile an entire new build for you based on budget and needs.
