I recieved my new pc today from cyberpowersystem and now cannot get it to boot up properly.
it worked for about the first hour or so but now when i turn it on i get the windows
did not shut down properly etc.screen and no matter which option i try" safe mode,
safe mode with networking, normal " etc, i only get as far as the microsoft
corporation screen with the coloured moving bar on it but then nothing! i briefly
see the mouse pointer but then blank screen and the HDD light goes out(i assume its
no longer loading anything).
I'm sending this using my folks pc.
I've also sent an email to their tech support people too, but wondered if i'd get a quicker response here from you guys.pc specs are:
