hi I Wold Like To Ask You For Your Best Opinion,

my Situation Is.

'i Have Transferred An Old Mother Board To Another Computer As The Proceesor Is Better Than My Last One, I Have Also Changed The Power Supply, I Connected All The Hardware's Together I.e. Drives,floppy,ram Etc....once I Connected All The Parts Together I Pushed The Computer Button And Nothing Turned On, I Opened The Base Again And Tryed Re-connecting The Pwr,hdd Led, Rst Cables Back Into The Mother But Nothing Worked. Sometimes The Computer Did Turn On But Would Switch Off Again. I Have Been Told That The Psu Might Of Failed Or The Motherboard Does Not Apply With The Hardware I.e. Hard Drive And Ram Withing The Computer.

my Question Is

' What Would You Recommand I Should Do ?.

buy Another Motherboard And Psu (which I Can Get For 40 Pounds All Together ($82.00)?
buy A New Computer?

You Do Not Have To Pick Any Of The Points Above, Please Feel Free To Give Your Own Opinion On What I Should Do Aswell , As This Would Be Very Helpful..

Test the power supply by either using an ATX PSU tester, putting it in another PC or by 'jumping' the power supply (WHEN IT'S NOT CONNECTED)

Also test the motherboard, see what's actually wrong so you don't have to spend money on things that aren't needed.

Also, may I ask why you're typing in title case?

You can also start taking parts out one by one. IE, take out all pci cards, try to boot up..
Take out Hard drives..try to boot up etc.. And listen for any beep codes..

You can try the old school way of turniong on the motherboard.. Take a flat head screwdriver, and slighty touch where you would put the power button wires..It should turn it on..(only do it once as trying to do it many times may damage your motherboard for sure)
