Hello and welcome to the forums!!

What is the size of your PSU? If it is low or mid ranged you might need an upgrade. As for your ram, you can go up to 32GB. I'd try 12gb first. If you want, you can get a single 2 TB drive to replace the two drives that you have. I'll wait until I find out how big your psu is before I recommend any GPU's. Also, there are websites that you can use to check parts for compatibility.

Do you know what brand of ram you have? If you want, you can buy the same one, I am in the process of looking for ram, cpu and a new video card. I looked up you're psu and it is 550 watts. You might need to upgrade that as well. I'll edit this post with all the parts that I find.

Look up CPU support list for your MB: https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards.../HelpDesk_CPU/ and get something of i7 gamma. Core i7-3770K (3.5G,L3:8M,iGPU,4C,HT,77W,rev.E1)looks like the best one for it.
Ram, best to find same model or change all to another kit of 1600 MHz.
GPU, that setup with i7 can take anything you can throw at it so only price would be a limit. An GF 970/980 or R9 380 would let you play most anything for some time to come.
