Default [Pending] Thermal event

Dell PC crashed, restarted and pc said previous shutdown due to thermal event

Welcome to PCHF

Ok, this is going to be one of 2 things...

1) A fan has failed on your motherboard or processor/heatsink or there is a build up of dust in your case. Open your case and check for both of these things
2) Your power supply is playing up - is there any way that you can try a power supply from another PC ?
