Hello Thisissuck, welcome to PC Help Forum!
We have a fantastic team of techs and a very helpful member community here so I am sure we will be able to help ![]() Before I open your thread to involve them, I would like you to try one thing. If you right click on the game launcher, select properties and then click the compatibility tab you should see an option to run it in XP service pack 3 mode, check that box and apply it, then try to run the game. If that does not work, let us know and I will open up the thread to get others involved ![]() Regards, Smokeycheech

Hiya,
thanks for the advice, however there doesnt even seem to be a game launcher. i searched on my pc for fallout 3 and nothing even came up. only when i put the disc in does the menu screen come up, and it stops working once i enter the main menu of the game. i ran tests on canirunit.com, but it said i couldnt because of windows 7 and my graphics card. it said the same thing for oblivion though, and oblivion runs fine! its very confusing. my graphics are run with : Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family |

I would hazard a guess that it doesn't like your graphics card. Oblivion did the same thing with the older intel cards, (The 915G/945G chipsets). Try reinstalling the game, and make sure you place a shortcut on the desktop. Once you do, right click, click troubleshoot compatability, troubleshoot program, this program worked in an earlier version of windows, then select Windows Vista SP2 or Windows XP SP3, then save the settings, and then right click on the icon again, and select run as administrator. Let me know if this helps fix any of your problems!
