I have the sims 3 installed on my laptop.
But i want to put it on another laptop as well.
The problem here is that i dont have the original disks.
i can still play it on my laptop because i mounted the files so i dont need to use a disk to play it.

i tried just copying and pasting the program files onto the other hard drive but no luck.

Is there any way possible that i could be able to put the game onto another computer without the disks?

It is not feasible to do this, as you are not getting the Sims 3 registry entries that are installed from the original game cdr's...

I wish we could assist you with your question, but a quick review of the PCHF rules would show you that we do not support illegal software or activity.

Sims3 is a licensed product - licensed to a single user, single PC. It is illegal to install it on a 2nd PC without making a 2nd purchase of the software.
