I recently purchased and downloaded a game (Restaurant Empire) and am able to start and load the game as normal but once loaded my cursor/pointer disappears. I know its there because I can move around the screen and highlight things but cannot see where the pointer actually is. Anybody have any solutions for this?

I had a look around and I found that the issue might be connected to non-compatible audio drivers, have a look if there are updates available for your audio card from the manufacturer's website and since you are doing that take a moment to make sure you are running the latest version of directX too
