I'm having issues with loading games and peer to peer connections after reformatting my PC. Things I could easily load and play before now take ages to load, and games like S4 League and other games with peer to peer connections will not even let me connect with other players and cause the game to freeze. I don't think it's an internet problem since my browser loads just as fast, and everything else works normally.. I have also scanned many times for viruses.. Any ideas to help me please? Thanks
My system is windows xp.

That'll be a Port problem in your router I suspect.
