The problem is, that i cant uninstall the game, since i deleted the folder, and I already got rid of Halo 2, in the Add or Remove Programs list, but the setup keeps saying that its installed. Is there any program that gets rid of Halo 2 in the registry, or any program that deletes every single file of its setup? So i can install Halo 2 with the patch? Please i took ages to find the patch, and now that i find it, this whole ''Halo 2 is installed, but at the same time its not'' happens. The only way i can get the setup to work, is to click ''Play Halo 2 for Windows Vista''. Once i click play, the setup tries to install Halo 2 in my C: drive, which doesnt have enough free space. I need to install it on my D: drive, and i need to customize the setup, otherwise, the patch wont work, and at the end of the setup, the game will be launched, which doesnt give the patch enough time to patch the files, so it can be runned in Windows XP.
So, the real problem is, finding a way to delete Halo 2 from the registry, or finding a way to make the Setup think that Halo 2 is uninstalled.
please. this makes me crazy
