It depends on the card itself , i'm not really sure... Do you have an idea on what cards they are?

I guess that sli GTS 250 is probably better than an super clocked version GTS 250.
With a bit of overclocking on both cards it should beat the super clocked version , however remember to take precaution if you do. More memory doesn't really mean better , it probably has to do with how the card utilizes it if not mistaken.
