Haven't had this happen with any other piece of software. I'm just gonna guess that it's a POS and probably give up.

 Oh Amkus, I am so sorry to hear that. Here are a few troubleshooting locations for WaW if you are so inclined, I know that you really wanted to play that game. The first includes and ActiveX test, that you may find helpful. COD: WaW Troubleshooting Clan Forums Troubleshooting Cain's Lair Troubleshooting, fix for "error during initialization: unhandled exception caught" Let us know if any of these suggestions work for you.
