Hi there, L4D will be fine with those specs.
can you do 2 things for me
1. go Can You RUN It?
To see if you need to update any drivers, pick L4D from the list, let the plug in install, and it'lll check the system with the specs of the PC, and point you in the way of new drives.
2. is this a Steam or retail copy?
can you 1. get the lasted Steam and game patches.
3. failing that un-install L4D and steam.
