i know.. i know.. there is the "can you run it?" site.but thats not what i want becouse on "can you run it" it will just tell you on your pc,
but i am looking to buy a new laptop, and i wanted to have a site or a program or something that would tell me if i could run and how i could run the game with the sistem i choose for example:
in the site i would select the game, like gta4
and then there would appear some topics and there i could shoose the graphic card, the ram the CPU, for example , some nvidia geforce gtx280 4gb ram and a dualcore 2.5ghz (this is me imagining just to try to give an example) and then i would press a button and it would appear the results like:
with that computer system you can run this game on maximun graphix/on medium/on low / you can't run this game/the game soes not support your graphic card...... s you see what i mean?
or, it will say slow/very fast/you can run this on max setings, something like this.

because before buying my laptop i wanted to know if it could handle some games

(please dont tell me to go check the game system requirements, becouse i know that but what i want is to know if i can actually run the game on MAX with no problems, i dont what to know the minimun or reccomended requirements, even becouse i dont know very mutch the differences between graphic cards, like nvidiageforce 9800gtx and ati4870, theyr both 512mb graphic card but the ati is faster that the other. [ SO what i acctually want to know, is HOOW can i run it, NOT IF i can run it.

This might not be the answer you were after, but really the best way would be to buy the game first and then experiment with the settings to find a good balance between eye candy and FPS. However, if you provide us with the specs of the laptop and what the game is, I'm sure someone can explain to you what kind of performance you can realistically expect to see from it.

i still dont know what laptop i gonna buy and with wich specs, thats why i wanted something like that, to know what portable i sould buy to run game with max settings and fast.

i am from portugal, and i wanted to buy a new laptop, a good one but for around 1000/1300€ you know? something good that could run games like gta4 on max settings around that price. something like with a graphic card more than 512mb or 1gb. ( i dont want those ones that say: 1gb= 256mb + 700 dedicated memory, cause that is ****), somwthing with 4gb ram.. and some dualcore like 2.5.

Laptops are not the best choice for hardcore gaming, which is what u wanna do. Need a pc with SLI or crossfire capabilities and about 8 gigs with a 1333Mghz clock of ram with a 64 bit windows and a 1000W psu.
What u wanna be able to do on a pc, will cost u most probably 2500-3000 US dollars.
