hi all i am having a very bad problem with my pc games all my games are brought and are not copies there are all on disc all games load but they freeze straight after they load i have tried updating my drivers uninstalling the games and reinstalling them but nothing has worked does anyone have any idea what i could do to fix this problem many thanks to anyone that read this for taking your time to do so

thanks for that metallicalouise91 as i am not computer savvy how do i find out about the graphics card and if this is my problem

my computer stickers say gigabyte technology its got on it pentium 4 and i run xp and all the game are brand new no scratches

Also what games is this happening with? The names of them would be helpful.

Did this problem just start recently or have you had it for awhile? If just recently can you remember if you installed any new software or any updates just prior to this happening?
