Angry Help please

Disclaimer: I am not posting this so you guys can rag on me about playing WoW. I'm asking for some help with my notebook and seeing if any of you can help me make it preform better.

I have a Dell Latitude D620. I took a picture of system specs to simplify things.

My problem is, when I play, more often than not I get serious lag. Like one second I'm sitting there rubbing my head, and the next I'm surrounded by mobs with about 2 HP left. It's frustrating.

I've tried lowering the resolution as low as it can go, as well as spell effects, etc, and while this helps for a little while, a) I feel like I'm playing Diablo II (great game, don't get me wrong), and b) it takes away from a lot of the fun of playing WoW when you can't see thing until they are right in front of your face.

It's not my server (Hyjal), because my friends just laugh at me when I lag out. It's not my internet connection because I have no problem browsing the web or download files.

So that leaves me with my hardware (which forum this post will also be put in). Or software. I'm not sure.

Any suggestions to performing more optimally?
This includes hardware AND software, or tweaks that I may not know about. I'm not insainely computer savvy, which is why I come here!

Thanks for your time,
Tim.

Hello timwall, let's start by ruling out a few things...
when you say:

I've tried lowering the resolution as low as it can go, as well as spell effects, etc, and while this helps for a little while
Do you mean that the game runs fine at first? Or do you get the issue as soon as you enter an area with lots of enemies?

If it runs fine at first I would suggest you take a look at your temperatures and note them down while your laptop is not performing as it should
(Click on the SPEEDFAN link in my signature, its a free and easy to use program that monitors several critical temps on your machine)

Also, do you know the speed and average ping (delay) of your internet connection?
If unsure, here you can run a free and accurate test:

The game will run fairly well for a good amount of time, but after a while, everything gets insanely laggy. My friends and I all think it's a problem with my fan, because I'm using a laptop. But before I went out to blow 20 dollars on an external fan, I wanted to ask some people who most likely knew more about computers than my friends and I do.

Your internet speed should let you play the game just fine, 141 of ping is little "high", but it should be barely noticeable...
Let's take a look at the temperatures
Please follow the SPEEDFAN link in my signature and have it running when you are playing the game until it becomes laggy, at that point have a look at your temperatures on SPEEDFAN and let us know what they say

Ok so my game got laggy, and I went to speedfan. This is what I came up with.
