yeah thats it, the bitrate sampling. Turn it down to its lowest setting/ minimum.
I assume you've already installed the patch from Bethesda too? Although many people say it didn't fix the crashes.

Perhaps you could contact Bethesda? I have heard of this problem happening a lot but I think most people resolved it now.
Running it in Windowed mode apparently helps but idk. |
