Hi there guy, just wondered if you could help me.
I cant play runescape in high detail and im not quite sure why, Ive tried all the tips on the help page.
The system requirments are as follows;
"RuneScape High Detail requires 256Mb RAM, a 1.5Ghz processor and a graphics card at least equivalent to Nvidia GeForce 3"
My pc has got 2gb ram a 2.6Ghz processor and a Radon x1300 series graphics card but im not sure if thats equivalent to the Nvidia GeForce 3.
The help page from the website is here;
RuneScape - the massive online adventure game by Jagex Ltd.
Hope you guys can help, I have faith in you
Cheers

Hi there,
I think in this instance - and as you have tried the suggested fixes on that page - you may be better off getting the support you need from the guys n gals who have gone thru this themselves...i.e. the official support forums: RuneScape - the massive online adventure game by Jagex Ltd. - by all means come back here if you need clarification on certain points but I think it's your best course of action as a first fix...

Well, idk about you but i went into my Nvidia control panel and clicked Reset to factory defaults and it worked. I had tinkered with them because i was playing alot of online games.
if this dosent work, contact them directly at: https://www.runescape.com/loginapplet/login.ws?mod=ticketing&ssl=1&expired=0&dest=tech_s upport.html (direct tech support) Last edited by misha070; 07-29-2009 at 11:44 AM. |

What happens when you try to to play in HD? |
