I installed fallout 3 and when i click the laucher icon is tells me to install again ... not play the game so i just go into my computer and play the disc then it says play game when i click play game it loads a black screen then kicks me outta it, and also when i try to install the patch it just kicks me out of the process any suggestions, im think my graphics card might be to old its a ATI radeon 9800, but it runs modern warfare,spores,oblivian just fine no bugs or anything. I dont have ASUS docter or anythings.... i have windows xp

You're correct. I think it is the graphics card. It could probably do with a driver update as Fallout 3 is a very demanding game. I can walk you through updating the driver if you do not know how to do so.

Firstly go Start>Control Panel>Performance and Maintenance>System

Now in the box that pops up go to the Hardware tab and click device manager.

Next find your card in the list of items installed on your pc. Right click and choose update driver. Go through the update wizard and if there are updates they will be installed.

Okay i have another question, i have fallout 3 installed but.... when i try to run it my computer thinks its not installed so it just sends me to install instead of play game

Does it show up in you Add/Remove Programs?
