Fraps No Audio

I downloaded a legit copy of fraps to try and record some ingame shots. It works fine except there is no audio, or very very little. If I turn up the audio all the way to the max I can barely hear what is happening. Any tips? I have tried everything that the fraps website says to do so please don't send me a link there

FRAPS is annoying as hell when it comes to audio, for me, I have to go to input devices in volume control and set the Stereo Mix to max (make sure to untick mute), and then mess around with the recording volume.
